Hosted Sharepoint Site |
|
Provide access to confidential company information via a secured Sharepoint site. Site is accessed by signing into the main TAS site (www.tas-in.com), and then clicking on a menu option that will appear under the Client Portal main menu option. Initial site includes the creation of a site from a default template, and the creation of two user accounts (one administrator account for managing content and one user account for general access). Additional user accounts and custom design services are available at normal rates.

System Monitoring |
|
Have TAS actively watch your system to ensure it is running at it’s peak performance! We’ll watch for such problem areas as low disk space and ensure that regular backups to disk and file maintenance are running smoothly on a regular basis.

Customer Care Day |
|
Schedule the business day of your choice for an on-site strategy session to plan out your year. Strategy sessions can include product demos, wishlist discussions, problem identification, custom project envisioning and implementation planning.

| Not available to clients with a system list price less than $5000. One visit only – can not be broken out to multiple site visits, or used for consulting, development or training services. |
Minor Version Updates |
|
Keep your system current with the most recent GP version updates installed at no charge. Microsoft typically releases updates twice a year. Once installed at the server, these updates can be automatically rolled out to all client machines with nominal prompting.

| Only available for clients on R9 or greater, does not apply for first installs or major version updates (8.x to 9.x) and does not apply for products other than GP (including FRx, report writers and all ISV solutions). Users must have administrator rights on their local machine to complete the update, and can be prompted through multiple screens and a possible reboot.

Use of GoTo Services |
|
Leverage the GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar subscription services maintained by Total Accounting Solutions to host your next remote meeting or training.

TASiCourtesy Visit |

Stay connected with all the relevant changes at Total Accounting Solutions and Microsoft during our personalized customer service visits. We will also share any relevant news that may enhance your products, check on current and pending projects and make sure that you are receiving the service that you need.

| Site visits do not include any travel costs, which will be billed at the regular rates. A Web or phone sesssion can be substituted instead of an on-site visit to avoid travel costs. |
TASinar Training |
|
Receive 1 online training credit per full-access GP and/or CRM user. These credits can be used for any combination of training formats and can be used by any combination of students. The following training formats are available:
- Microsoft Courseware: Curriculum developed by Microsoft, but delivered in a TASinar format. Classes are typically designed as 6 modules per day. Each module requires one TAS training credit. Course material will include GP & CRM as well as Office & User-Level Sharepoint.
- Lunch & Learn TASinars: Typically offered monthly in a lunch-and-learn format, these short sessions are presented in a demonstration only format. Each session requires 1 credit, but can be attended by as many students from one company as desired.
- Recorded Sessions: Unlimited free access during the term of the TASiCare plan to sessions that are recorded.
All classes are taught by live instructors. Training credits are only available for pre-existing curriculum and can not be used for web sessions custom developed specifically for the client.

| Credits only awareded for full-access GP and CRM users. This excludes all named-user or limited access users such as Business Portal, FRx, Crystal or ISV products. Credits are not user-assigned, which means tha t one new employee could use all the credits in a year. Unused credits expire at the end of one year, and do not carry forward if the TASiCare plan is renewed |

The TASiCare Premium Service Plan can be maintained for an annual fee of a percent of all software modules, including ISV solutions. Lapsed TASiCare Plans can be reactivated for an additional percentage. Microsoft service plan percentages are not included in this calculation.
