leverage their relationship with TAS in five highly beneficial ways.

TAS offers our clients
specialized 24/7 access to information, reports and Sharepoint pages containing
information about their support plans and more. Find out what services your
support plan covers, what types of training you’re eligible for, and schedule a
day for a TAS account rep to visit you for a software technology check-up.
2. ONLINE ACCESS
TAS clients have access to
schedule on-line conferences through GoToMeeting. (Special permissions are
required for this tool.) Clients can also participate in live chat sessions with
a TAS account representative. GoToAssist software allows a TAS specialist to
connect to the client computer and provide immediate technical support.
3. PRODUCT INFO
Clients can view customer-only
information from Microsoft, special promotions available only to current
clients, and tap into resources available only to clients of Microsoft Gold
Certified partners like TAS. Clients see options only for products they own,
keeping the clutter to a minimum. See information on the latest updates and hot
fixes, as well as finding new modules that will work with your current system
configuration.

Clients can track the progress of
an implementation or upgrade by finding the appropriate project management site
on the Client Portal. This provides continual updates on where the project
stands, and what steps are next. Clients can also explore links to sample
project sites, and even set up Project Management sites of their own.
5. CLIENT SITES
Clients can also set up their own
Sharepoint pages through the TAS website. Secured login access allows a client
to store critical information needed by staff or customers. And since management
is through Sharepoint Services, you don’t need an IT degree to manage the
information! Templates and sample sites are available to help our clients prime
the idea pump.
